Yesenia is the service advisor , and was very professional, and has great communication skills. Went for an oil change and was in and out very quickly. The place looks clean, and the price was affordable. Definitely will keep coming.

Well, I have come back twice since my last review and the experience was not as great. I understand that there's a pile up you want everyone out of there as soon as possible but this last time I made an appointment stating I needed a maintenance work. When I arrived and said I had an appointment for maintenance I was asked, "maintenance for what?" Is it only me or that is a weird question? I felt the same way as Mr. Mario, like the service lacked something else. 🙁 I miss Mr. Varela. ------------------------ I was promptly approached and helped. Although I was there the whole time I kept receiving text messages on every stage of their process. A big shout out to Jorge Varela for being so attentive and professional. I'll be back.

Entered the check in line, requested basic 3 month service and inspection, waited approximately 30 min. in the waiting room (took a short nap!), and was notified the job was complete. No problems, and will return in 3 months for next service. Staff is great at Downey Care!
