I found Downey Car Care through Yelp. I went in December for an oil change. Anthony attended me. It was close to closing and they were able to help me with an oil change. You get a free car wash with your first service. Al thought the car wash was closed, he told me I could come the next day and show my receipt. Recently, I returned to have the recommendations made on my car done. Anthony was very helpful and thorough. He kept me up to date the entire time. He even applied a coupon to my brake service which helped a lot. Overall, I have had great experiences with Downey Car Care and do recommend.I suggest making an appointment because they do get busy. Giving this place more than 5 starts if I could.. It’s my first time going to this car service center and I was taken care of by Dana, Awesome guy, gave great customer service and quick in an out service of my car. Would be happy to come back to this place again for any car service needed.
