Luis provided me with excellent service. Since this was the first time using their services, I had anxiety, soon that was null and void. I plan to use them for my cars and my friends will also. GREAT SERVICE.

Overall decent experience, they originally said 2 hours, that changed to 4 hours. At pick up there was a section on the final report that was still red. I was told that the manufacturer didn't have a specific number for the back right tire so I would have to take it to the dealership. So, I paid $88, not to get a complete job and may have to pay double now for having to take it to two separate places. 🙄

I took advantage of their offer for 4 wheel alignment for $88. The whole process was painless. The service manager was very accommodating. Communication was great. Will definitely use their services again.

Great experience overall and it was my first time being in this shop. Oil change and tire rotation was quick. Received a complimentary car wash too.

I’ve been to Downey Car Care Center twice in the last two weeks for different services. The first visit was for a tire rotation and alignment, and second for the installation of my splash guard. From the very beginning, Anthony has been extremely helpful, patient, and efficient. It’s rare to see someone so young handling so much with such professionalism. Anthony greeted everyone with a smile and kept me updated on my car’s status, letting me know how much longer it would take, and where it was in the process. I didn’t meet the technician who worked on my car, but the service was quick and seamless. I also received a car wash after the work was done and they too did a great job! The prices for both visits were very affordable, and I couldn’t be happier with the overall experience. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Very much grateful to the team who was able to help me out. They were able to take care of my care in a timely manner, everyone is super knowledgeable and helpful, and I got a free car wash which my car very much needed. Ill be back soon to fix the rest of my issues related to my car. Thanks guys
