Erica was wonderful and handled a busy shift without anyone's help flawlessly. She was very attentive, friendly, and professional the entire time. I took my car in for a second opinion on the transmission due to misfires, and she was kind enough to help me out with the diagnosis fee. Great place with honest people.

Was my first time going there for a 4 wheel alignment for my BMW and I have to say they had my car in & out within an hour. I’m very pleased with the customer service from the time I checked in to when I left. Thumbs up 👍🏼 and I will definitely come back for future service.

Downey car care was very helpful in helping to diagnose my check engine light. It needed up being a very expensive repair that I was not willing to do since my car was really old and had a lot of miles. I asked if it was still safe to drive without the repair and they informed me that it was. I appreciated their honesty and not pressuring me to do this expensive repair. I only had to pay the $149 diagnostics fee. I’ve used them before and have had great experiences each time.

I am very happy with my first experience with your company. Mike, the first sales/counter man who helped me with my brake job was very kind, professional and knowledgeable. Everything discussed was well stated a very detailed. I received my finished repair in the time he gave me…he did not over promise. I will definitely come back.
