good friendly customer service. took longer than it should of, I had an appointment, someone without an appointment came in after and was done before. eventually after waiting, asked for a ride , the site says they have a shuttle, they dont , they offered a Uber, one way .. the work done was good, a little better price than a dealer, not much ..

Took my Audi Q7 to have the alternator, tension belt and oil change. It took them 5 days to get parts like promised. Car looks and feel great.
