The service was excellent and staffs were very kind. I was very satisfied with their work.

As a first time customer here at Downey Car Care Center, I was able to make an appointment at a convenient time and out the door within the same day. They helped me locate the problem with my AC and I am happy to say that I will be bringing my vehicles here for the foreseeable future.

I was given a estimate and description of possible work to be done and repairs were done sooner than expected and for much less than the estimate. I would gladly recomend this shop . And a big Thanks to Dana for keeping us informed .

All work was done in a professionally and completed on time and per cost estimate as promised.

Took in my sons Malibu Hybrid as it was having issues with the PCV Valve. Originally took it to 2 different places and the quote was $1900+.. Aftwr contacting Downey Auto Care thru message they quoted me $1600 with a yelp discount. Job was completed in two days and my son’s car is running great. Very nice staff and am I happy I went there. Thanks guys!
