My 76 year old mom would trust her local Honda dealership to fix her car. After breaking a bolt on her car then turning around and trying to charge her $500 to fix it I took matters into my own hands. Downey Car care had great reviews so I wanted to give it a chance. They did not disappoint. The level of service and communication provided was top tier service. I received regular updates along with pictures of the parts that required repair. My mom's car is running like a new one. Technical Advisor Luis was fantastic. I trust my mom will be safe driving her vehicle. I highly recommend Downey Car Care.

Downey Car Care may just become our new go to for car repairs. Their pricing is super competitive, customer service was outstanding, and we received a free car wash.

I came in and explained what was going on with my car, and the technician hooked up his device and got the error codes from my car. He told me what' the codes meant and possible reasons. I left my car, he called me later with diagnosis and estimate. The next morning my car was ready and running great. Professional and quick.
