Downey Auto Repair

First time taking my car here to get a wheel alignment and I have to say it was a great experience. Prices are good. Service was good and fast. Edgar was the service advisor that helped me out and he did an excellent job on taking care of my car. I highly recommend Downey Car Care Center to anybody looking to get a wheel alignment.

Wow, I was blown away by the exceptional service of not just one team member, but all of the workers I interacted with. Shoutout to Mike, Erica, Dominick, and Jaime (I think), for being so helpful and friendly. They really did treat me like a valuable customer. I will definitely be recommending this place to my family and friends and I will be coming here from now on for all my car needs. Sorry Stadium of Nissan, you have been replaced !

I arrived right at opening time with no appointment. They took me in, evaluated my car, gave me an estimate and performed the work. I was out in a little over 2 hours. I felt the price was fair.

Always professional and reliable

I actually went to a different shop to have my car inspected before going on a very long trip. Apparently, I need multiple major repairs that will cost me a lot. Went to Downey Car Care Center to get 2nd opinion and asked for estimates. Since the repairs are necessary, I have to push and go for the parts replacement.. Mike reassured me that my car’s safe to go on a long trip. i hope it would take me 100k miles more before replacing the parts again. 😊 They also changed my oil which I was not aware of 😅 (I just changed the oil a few days back), and I have to pay for that too. I had a complimentary wash. 👍 It’s been a week and so far I got no issues. The noise was gone too.
