This is my second time getting service done on my car. I was very satisfied how quickly my car was seen and was able to be back on the road. Lilly was the best cashier, she was very knowledgeable and helpful, she kept me posted with my cars repairs and even made few breakfast suggestions. Thank you Lily and Downey Car Care Center staff.

Came in on a Saturday as a walk in. They were short staffed but was told upfront about the wait time. The gentleman at the counter was direct and friendly. He was on top of it! Showed sence of urgency, handled the situation very professionally. And lastly, car was done before the estimated time. No up selling or arm twisting to do additional repairs. I will definitely come back.

Very friendly staff, honest and helpful. If your a Costco member they off 15% off on selected services and product.

I have been here before with my other car and they are all very friendly and the service they provide is amazing. Would highly recommend this place.

Had a wonderful experience here at DCCC. The receptionist/front desk lady running the show was so knowledgeable and on top of things, excellent customer service. Thanks Lily! Free car wash with your oil change, I’m sold. They have a little lounge with water and coffee.. 5 stars for sure!
