Downey Auto Repair

Everyone that I encountered at Downey Car Care Center was friendly and accommodating. Especially Erica she handled the intake of my vehicle and called with the info on the parts and labor costs for approval of the repair. The car was done by the end of the day as promised. And that was just yesterday but so far so good, oh and the bonus is that there's a car wash right on the same property and they washed and vacuumed my car for me. Woo-hoo!!!! So thank you very much to Downey Car Care Center!

Always have great customer service. I wouldn’t trust my car with anyone else. Yes they get busy but to me that’s a sign that people want to bring their cars here and trust the mechanics to do a good job. Thank you team for always making sure I’m taken care off!
