Great major service on my wife's 2004 Volvo S80! Mike provided daily updates. We have been bringing my wife car for quite a while. Overall, the service has been great. Mike's communication has been great as well.

Very professional. Shawn the manager, very professional explained everything so that I understand what the problem was. They adjusted my alignment and tire rotation. They washed my car for free. Very fair price. If you need to have to have your car serviced this is the place to go

This service not only was it fast but the employees were above and beyond to get you back on the road I wanna start by thanking Erika at the tire service department, people like you make me want to keep making business with Downey care. The service was prompt and even the wait was nice at the lounge coffee water cookie and chips were provided thanks again Downey car care
