I LOVE THIS PLACE. They are my one stop shop for all car-related issues I have, including my catalytic converter. They wash my car when I come for service, too. It comes back to me clean, inside and out!

I brought my Volvo S60 in for a much needed oil change. They are friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable to any questions you may have regarding your vehicle. The waiting section was comfortable with a fully stocked cooler for anybody who needs to quench their thirst. It also included a large screen TV and very comfortable seats. After the oil change they gave my car a free car wash by hand. I didn't even realize where all the time went but as far as I'm concerned this was the best experience I have regarding my car getting worked on. I will be looking forward to my next visit at Downey Car Care Center.

Edgar is always informative above the progress of the job. He really takes care of me while I was there. I like your waiting room, it is stock well with snacks. You guys did well. I will patronized you from now on. Thanks

Hands down best place around for all your auto repairs needs. Great customer service, wonderful people working there. They do excellent work. The only places I take my vehicles!

A few weeks My sons car air conditioner went out. We knew it was a torn hose that leaked the freon out. I looked for a shop on google and came across DCC. Saw the great reviews and decided to try them. From start to finish I am 100% satisfied on honesty, prices,and service. Dana and staff were awesome. I will come back and recommend to everyone based on my experience.

The entire Car Care Center Team is always so helpful and professional. They are truly sympathetic to the situation you are there for and they are always going that extra mile to help the customer with VIP treatment. They are also honest and upfront with whatever the situation may be, but with the customer's best interest always in mind. Thank you everyone; you guys are the BEST!
