I could hear metal to metal on my breaks so I took my car to Downey Car Care Center first thing in the morning. They gave me a reasonable quote and the mechanic Andrew with glasses explained everything to me and showed me where the wear and tear was. He was also able to call out the problem with a short drive of my car which was impressive. I had priced checked the service and they were either the same price or less than all the neighboring competitors and you get a free car wash after so I was 100% happy with choosing Downey Car care center! They also have an online platform that keeps track of all your purchases with them and it makes it easier to keep track of when you have work done. I've never gone to a mechanic that was this up-to-date with online technology so I appreciated that.
