The staff members are extremely friendly. I didn't wait long for my car to be serviced. I appreciate the honesty from the staff working at the oil change department.

I have a lot of choices of places where I live to get my car washed or oil changed but I drive all the way there because of the service I received from here. Very honest and not pushy on services needed for my car.

Found the Downey Car Care Center about a year ago on a coupon. We trust Mike and we don't use that word lightly. Mike is always there to great us and provide good advise.
