I like the customer service you provided. The only thing I don't like is the grease print Mark left behind in my carpet or doors after servicing my car I think you need to work on , maybe you can use paper to protect the car interiors from grease contamination.

Good service and maintenance

Chloe said this business was good. She had no complaints about the service. They were very accommodating, quick and the waiting room was very nice. The manager was very kind.

I get my car washed here frequently,they clean my car very good. Employees are all so nice and friendly. Well this time I needed a Oil Change. The guys there were so nice also, they had a clean waiting room, with free coffee and snacks, nice big TV. My oil change was quickly done, and off to the Car wash my car went..yup FREE Car Wash, i didnt even know, and yes my car needed it too hahaha. I had such a good and positive experience there, that Ive told a few of my friends about it.. I will continue to come here.. Thanks Downey Car Care Center... Lori Remo
