My husband and I have taken our cars here for the past 1-2 years. They've been very professional and honest of their recommendations. Their customer service is great! For example, I just took my car in and their diagnostic tool recommended a change in transmission fuel and we approved it. But we got a call from Luis and recommended that we don't do the transmission because it may cause more damage to the car. He said, if it really needs to get done, take it the dealer so it doesn't ruin your car. He was honest, he saved us money and my car is working great! Thank you!

Downey Car Care always does a great job and they tell you exactly what is needed and nothing more. I appreciate that a lot because dealerships straight up will tell you a laundry list of things you need and it isn’t even true.
