The staff was very friendly, the maintenance on my car was done efficiently, and the service came with a complimentary car wash! I will keep coming to Downey Car Care Center even though I no longer live in Downey.

Great job by Edgar/Mike and Staff!!! Noticeable difference from Tune-up and Alignment. Had it done in one day! Their accommodation is unparalleled. Refreshments, Uber assist on standby as a courtesy. Very diplomatic. Not to mention a free car wash. Hats off to the staff!! I’ll have to do a courtesy for them one day.
Realizable and trust worthy one stop shop for all your car needs. Took my wife car to get an oil change, filter replacement and tire rotation. Lily front desk was great at communicating and keeping in touch with me. Complimentary car wash and all done within a few hours. Will be back!
Prices did go up quite a bit (got an oil change), however customer service is great as always (Thanks, Lily!) & the free car wash is nice!
I was towed in by my tow service. Had a flat on my spare. Lol right. Well they took care of me asap. Great guys in the bay. Of course Hispanics, great personality and very professional. I am sure that they treat everyone the same. Gracias a todos. Very nice and clean place.
