Realizable and trust worthy one stop shop for all your car needs. Took my wife car to get an oil change, filter replacement and tire rotation. Lily front desk was great at communicating and keeping in touch with me. Complimentary car wash and all done within a few hours. Will be back!

Prices did go up quite a bit (got an oil change), however customer service is great as always (Thanks, Lily!) & the free car wash is nice!

I was towed in by my tow service. Had a flat on my spare. Lol right. Well they took care of me asap. Great guys in the bay. Of course Hispanics, great personality and very professional. I am sure that they treat everyone the same. Gracias a todos. Very nice and clean place.

They actually did a wheel alignment to both my truck and car here at Downey Car Cntr in the last 4 months. Mike and Dana are very professional with excellent customer service skills! Mechanics did a great job, had a good experience! A big salute to the staff!!!

Not the cheapest shop out there, but you definitely get what you pay for! And, it's definitely cheaper than a dealership. The customer service is great, they guarantee their work with a warranty, just a good shop all the way around. I definitely recommend them.

Good customer service, I have been client for several years, unfortunately your prices are getting too high, and I am not the only one noticing , another customer said same thing; Perhaps need to check for different options.
