Very clean facility with friendly and honest mechanics. I've been coming here for years and they have always gone above and beyond to take care of my car without trying to upsell any unnecessary repairs, and would always send me on my way with a complimentary car wash. Unfortunately, it seems the complimentary car wash is no longer included with oil changes, hence the 4 stars instead of 5. Aside from that, this still remains to be my go-to spot for oil changes and repairs.

This was a good choice to use this business. Set up appointment for AC. Confirmation was easy. The desk rep was friendly and easy to deal with. So far AC is working.

This place was great at answering my questions. I talked a guy named Mike, who helped answer the questions that I had regarding my car. They do service Fiat, but not so much in the electrical part. They also washed and detailed the outside of the car, looks still shiny after going through 4 states from California to Texas.

Looking for fast and friendly service? Look no further! The staff will treat you like royalty and even wash your ride before driving away a highly satisfied customer. The AC recharge was quick and affordable. It felt great to use the AC again. I love the intuitive and interactive website where I approved my repairs, viewed my cost, and approved the work to be completed. "I'll be back!"

I was greeted promptly by the service person Lilly, I was logged in and the service scheduled, recommendations were made for tire rotation and break inspection the service technicians were polite and accommodating I’ll be back for the suggested service!

I appreciate the care and professionalism when I visit Downey Car Care Center. They take care of my car’s routine maintenance. They are fair on their prices and honest. - The opportunity for improvement would be with their App. The service advisor sets the expectation that I will receive a phone call when my car is ready but i never do. The service advisor then tells me that a text message is sent to me advising car is ready. Somehow the system that sets up those messages does not work. I dont receive stating that car is ready but instead I receive a message that I have an appointment??? a- Other than this disconnect- I like this service provider.

The manager Schòn was a real Professional and treated me like as if I was a VIP.. RECOMMEND this place to All..!! They do every type of auto repair with exceptional care. Go there and Ask for Schòn,, you will see what I'm talking about..!!! 🚙 🚘
