I've always believed mechanics are like politicians. Can't believe what they say or do. Downey Car Care changed my mind. I brought my son's 350Z in for repairs. I spoke with Dana who was working in the office. His personality was unique and genuine. Spoke to me not down to me. Understood my concerns and did everything possible to put me at ease. They kept my car for a few days. But Dana continually kept in contact with me. Letting me know the progress of my son's car. When the repairs were done I met with Dana and he gave me a run down of everything that was done. I highly recommend using Downey Car Care. And if possible speak with Dana. He won't give you the run around. He's honest and more importantly the prices were very reasonable.
