The Downey Car Care Center did my fiancé and I a great favor when my tire went flat, they managed to diagnose the issue and replace my two shot tires faster than I expected. Mike and the other mechanics on the job did an amazing job and we could not be more thankful for the people who take care of our car. We also got the oil changed, a wheel alignment, and even got a great car wash! We didn’t even recognize our car after it was done! 😂

Great honest service. They never try to tack on repairs you don't need. Dana provides excellent service from drop off to pick up. He explains in detail and is very polite.

Honestly I am only giving 5 stars because of Dana. I came here 3 times to fix the same problem all within the 3 year warranty that hasn’t even expired yet. But out of the 3 times Dana really helped me out this time. He called the day I dropped off my car to let me know the problem and how many days it will take. He even talked to his manager about giving me a rental and made it happen. He made sure that everything that needed to be fixed was fixed so that I would not need to come back. The last 2 times I did not get this kind of service and was beginning to not trust this place, but Dana really changed my mind. If you want good customer service and trust that your car will get fixed I’d go with him.
