I've been coming to Downing care center for quite some time. Mike and Edgar are very good in what they do and I will continue to be a loyal customer.

Extremely friendly & professional. They managed to inspect my vehicle even though I didn’t have an appointment. Honest inspection informed me that I did not require new disc brake pads yet (the dealer had informed me otherwise and tried to overcharge me for unnecessary repair work). Will definitely return here.

Friendly staff and professional service. I brought my Ford Explorer here when the ford service department kept my car for 3 weeks only to tell me they couldn’t work on it. AAA towed my car here and after two days it was fixed and ready to go. A few days ago I brought my dodge caravan for an oil change, and a car check. Thank you for the snack station, I munched on pretzels while I waited. Professional, honest, and clean are the reasons I keep coming back and recommending this place.
