First time taking my vehicle. I was not disappointed in service and repair. Dana was quick to check in my car and provide updates. I love their text feature which allows me to review the work and approve their recommendations.

Very helpful. Reasonable fees for all that comes with an oil change. They have snacks too.

Fuel filter needed changed on a diesel. They were able to get me rite in. Changed it with OEM parts. The crew was extremely friendly and pleasant to work with.

Appreciate the service ease of setup for the appointment and free car wash was needed. However the next day the vehicle is leaking, overheating and there were no issues in the summary report. I immediately called but the earliest they can see me is Wednesday or Thursday. Im certain that this professional shop can help remedy the situation. P. S. Towed the vehicle in Tuesday morning because problem was so severe! Dana took care of everything the same day, diagnosing the problem and fixing it at a fair price. Thanks again

We first used Downey Car Care Center for my wife's Lexus in June 2022 to check and replace rear brakes and the representative who helped us was Shawn. He was very nice and told us exactly what they would do and what time the car would be ready and it was so. Friday 9/30/22 I took my 2004 Toyota Camry to DCCC and Shawn was assisting us again. I was told by another personal mechanic I needed a new Rack n Pinion that would be at least $1200 for part and Catalytic converter, over $1500 for the Cat. DCCC did a test and found I didn't need a Rack n Pinion just replace boot and the only other thing I needed was the rear catalytic converter. I thank God we found Downey Car Care Center and will bring our cars here from now on and refer our family and friends. Thank you Shawn for being so honest. Richard -n- Johanna Puou
