I immediately called but the earliest they can see me is Wednesday or Thursday. Im certain that this professional shop can help remedy the situation. P. S. We first used Downey Car Care Center for my wife's Lexus in June 2022 to check and replace rear brakes and the representative who helped us was Shawn. He was very nice and told us exactly what they would do and what time the car would be ready and it was so. Friday 9/30/22 I took my 2004 Toyota Camry to DCCC and Shawn was assisting us again. I was told by another personal mechanic I needed a new Rack n Pinion that would be at least $1200 for part and Catalytic converter, over $1500 for the Cat. DCCC did a test and found I didn't need a Rack n Pinion just replace boot and the only other thing I needed was the rear catalytic converter. I thank God we found Downey Car Care Center and will bring our cars here from now on and refer our family and friends. Thank you Shawn for being so honest. Richard -n- Johanna Puou

Everyone is willing to assist and answer any questions I might have. The customer service is way beyond your typical car care center and I'd recommend anyone to go there for car service. Just be prepared for great service.
