Ethical people, great service

It was really hard to find a place I trusted to bring my car into after I found an oil leak. After a lot of research I found Downey Car Care- not super far, good reviews, and super organized. Before they do a service they text you a link to all services recommended and you have to sign to approve each one. They provide detail with what they will do. I feel like cars are hard because if something goes wrong (my oil leak for example), you have to try like 5 things to get to the 1. I was frustrated with my car issues coming in, but Andy Z. went out of his way to make sure I didn’t leave feeling that way. Thank you!

Battery replacement. I was using the dealer to service my BMW before this. But then the dealer wanted to charge an exorbitant fee to change the battery out. I came here, and got a reasonable price. I was told it would take 4 hours. It took 2. I am very satisfied.

This was my first visit at Downey car care center, they have definitely made me a permanent customer. The service was great, Andy my rep was very clear about what I could wait on and what needed to get done urgently. The services were upfront, honest & very polite. I knew what I was paying for before I agreed to services, and they make it so easy.

Awesome experience!!! Every employee I came into contact with went above and beyond. My only regret is that I don't live in the area.

I think they are great there however I will need to find some where else to take my car-$120 for an oil change is a bit much esp when the dealership offers it for $69.95 w a coupon
