Downey Auto Repair

I was looking for a new mechanic and chose Downey Car Care Center based on great reviews. So glad I did. My car was inspected. I was provided with diagnostic info and pictures. Their system for confirming and authorizing repairs is very streamlined. I believe the cost was more than fair. My car sounds and runs great, and came back to me with a nice car wash. Really happy with the service. Highly recommend.

Great service as always. Mike is one the reasons why I continue to go back. He's knowledgeable, understanding and doesn't try to squeeze in unnecessary work on my car (whenever I know this is happening, I won't return to the mechanic). Pricing is fair and the work they do is long lasting. I've had my radiator, break pads, disc's and hoses replaced and have not had one problem with their work. They are busy for a reason and even so, their turn around time is very reasonable considering the traffic these guys attract.

I was overall pleased with the experience at this mechanic. But Erica was amazing, she really took her time to explain every question and concern I had. Also the time it took to fix my car was not as long as other places which was awesome.
