Went in early to get a screw out of my tire and do a tire rotation. Got the work done within an hour which was great!

Great service! Really quick and it ended up costing less than the original quote. I also loved that I got pictures of the service and the damaged parts as well as the parts they replaced.

Spoke with Dana and he was very helpful and very accommodating. My schedule was very tight and he made it work to fit my schedule. I did a lot of research prior to contacting Downey Car Care Center and found Downey Car Care Center to be much more affordable price wise and that is even after adding the tire road Hazzard warranty. They are friendly and very professional. Dana's Customer Service is an A+. I am very satisfied customer 😊. I will refer my friends and family for sure..

From the service representatives at the front desk, to the mechanics,to the team that washes the cars… every single interaction was stellar, timely, honest, reasonable, and extremely service oriented. My first experience with them years ago, was my last experience with everyone else. If I could give them a million stars, I’d do it in a heartbeat!
