Erica was wonderful and handled a busy shift without anyone's help flawlessly. She was very attentive, friendly, and professional the entire time. I took my car in for a second opinion on the transmission due to misfires, and she was kind enough to help me out with the diagnosis fee. I will not go anywhere else but Downey Car Center for all my vehicles needs. Thanks, Erica!
