Great major service on my wife's 2004 Volvo S80! Mike provided daily updates.

I had my car towed to Downey Car Care Center after my car seized on the freeway, since that is where I take all my cars for all repairs. Downey car care checked out my car and it ended up that it needed a new engine. They took the extra step to contact a nearby Hyundai service center to ask some questions and Downey Car Center was told that my Hyundai might possibly be covered under a warranty but that they would have to check the car first. To make a long story short I am getting a new engine from the Hyundai dealer. Downey Car Care Center is a very honest and reliable place to take your vehicle, being a woman they could have easily told me I needed a new engine and been charged an exorbitant amount, instead they were honest and like I previously mentioned they took the extra step to call the Hyundai service center. I recommend Downey care car to everyone, all the workers are very knowledgeable and honest.

This place was absolutely amazing. I dropped off first thing in the morning and Mike took very good care of me . The place is very clean, they offer condiments in the waiting area as well as free charging stations. My car needed a lot of repairs and we went with what was most important first. They even fully washed my car before returning it. I was so amazed at the level of professionalism, kindness, and just the kind of pride this establishment takes within their business. My husband and I have decided this will be the place where we continuously take our cars instead of going to the dealership. It’s so hard to find great mechanics outside of the dealership but the fact that this place is licensed and all of their work comes with a three-year warranty helped make this decision a lot easier. The price was great for the amount of work being done and I will definitely be back to finish the last two things. Thank you Mike for your professionalism and taking the time to go over everything with me so that I was able to understand exactly what was going on with my car. I really appreciate doing business with you.
