Called to inquire of a alignment, spoke to a very nice girl named yessenia, gave me info needed, told me to come in. Was a nice pleasant experience they took care of my car needs and took in consideration the fact that I had my elderly dad. I appreciate it. Service was done efficiently and to top it of even had car washed. Great service service. Thanks a million.

Friendly and exceptional service. I like that the staff in the mechanics and oil change department are honest with customers (about price and what needs to be fixed) Everyone there works as a team.

I’ve been a customer for 10 years and I literally won’t go anywhere else. Anytime I’m in need of any service I know I can rely on the Downey Car Care team to attend to all of my cars needs. Even if they’re extremely busy and there is an influx in customers, team members still take the time to welcome me and ask what’s going on and then always tell me an accurate time frame that the work will be completed. It’s that type of accountability that has prompt me to send my family and friends to Downey Car Care center for their vehicles needs.
