This was my first time here and I must say I was really happy with my service. Dana helped me out and was very thorough in telling me the details of my car and what work I may need done. He also didn’t pressure me into getting the work done right now but instead let me know that they would be able to do that service when I’m ready! The car wash at the end was awesome! All around great job!

I took my car in for a diagnostic testing because the check engine light was on. I was told that it was the catalytic converter that was faulty and because it was still under warranty that I should take my car to the dealership to be fixed. They even waived the diagnostic fee. I love their honesty and will now always take my car to Downey Car Car for all my maintenance and repair needs!!! Thank you Yesenia and Mike.
