I’ve been going to this spot for years. I moved out of downey and still commute to this place Bc I liked the service. I recently did a oil change and wash for two cars and I was really disappointed. My truck didn’t even looked washed. Still had dirt and interior wasn’t wiped down. Front windshield still had residue and smudges. I understand truck is large but I paid for the extra service. I don’t think I’ll continue going anymore. Oil change was great… fast and efficient.
The Downey Car Care Center was great in helping me fix a flat. They took care of my car efficiently and professionally. They got me in and out quickly. The customer service was excellent. Everyone was very friendly, easy to work with and pleasant. Would highly recommend this business.

Awesome service. All employees are really courteous. No matter how many times you ask questions, they explain everything and reply back calmly and politely. I used to goto this place for car wash but this time I went for other services. I liked that. I would surely go back for other services in future and recommend this place. They are punctual and ETA of services being done was on time.
