Downey Auto Repair

I went in to the ship yesterday. I was greeted by a very helpful receptionist who took my info and got my service started right away. The actual oil change start to finish was 20 min at most. They have a 2 man team work on each car. Very efficient. I was given a discount since I brought my own oil and filter. This was my first time, but I would highly recommend them if you need to get oil change. I have a few other repairs and I will be taking my car to them. Will let you know how that goes, but I don't think I will be having any problems.

My left headlamp was out. After pricing at 3 other repair shops, I chose Downey Car Care. Within 10 minutes I was done and at the lowest price. The service writers were great!

The customer service is equivalent to a high end dealership. The staff are extremely nice, professional and knowledgeable. The waiting area is nice clean and inviting. I went for a wheel alignment and after they thoroughly checked my car it was determined a wheel alignment was not needed. That tells me this company is honest with integrity because most other places would have just took your money. I will definitely use them again and refer my friends and family

This place and it's staff are worthy of my trust. Hiram Diaz is professional and knowledgeable when it comes to car care. It's like the Disneyland for my vehicles. You guys set the bar high! See you in 5k miles. 😁
