I highly recommed this place . They are so nice and helpfull and they gave me a print out of my tire aliment how it was before and how it was after they did it and they gave me a car wash for free my car feels so smooth now.I havet had that kind if service in years there the best and they have this massage chair for $1 for 5 mins omg it was the best massge EVER .Thank u guys so much

This was my second time at Downey car care. Got my oil changed at the dealer and was informed that my control arms were cracked and needed to be replaced. Hyundai quoted me $1,300 for the work. Got an estimate of $600 from Downey car care so I brought it in. I spoke with Jorge and said he would have his techs inspect my car to verify. I dropped my car off and went home. Jorge calls me a little while later to tell me that my control arms are in perfect condition and don’t need to be replaced. He sent me pictures and then showed me again in person. You can’t find this level of honesty anywhere. Could have easily lied and charged me. If you want good honest people working on your cars then Downey car care is where you take it. I’m not even gonna shop around anymore I’m just coming straight here.

I went there on a Sunday morning to fix a flat tire in my pick up truck. Although they were busy, the guy promptly admit my truck and half an hour later, it was already done. Thanks for the professional way and prompt action. I would surely recommend this company to my friends and relatives.

They did a great job on repairing the front brakes, change the oil and the transmission fluid. The only issue it took them about five hours.

Jorge has a high concept of customer service meaning, he is a pro and has an Good answer for any question. Nice and clean waiting room. Highly recommended!

I was really disappointed that my check engine light came on during covid-19. My significant other called a auto repair man to come to the house but, he kept leading us on and never showed up or responded to our text. I went online and looked up on yelp auto repair and one of the first places that popped up was Downey Car Care Center. I spoke with Mike and he told me to bring in my car for a diagnosis the next day! I had my car towed to the location and Mike was there to greet me and take down my information. I had such a pleasent expirence but was dredding the price to fix my car. I had my car towed becuase i didnt want to make the car worse and was expecting to spend from 500-1000 on what i expected to be the problem. I was also afraid that they would take advantege of me becuase im female and know nothing about cars, not the case. When Mike called me back to let me know the damage i was bracing for the worst but got good news instead. Mike told me that my ool hadnt been changed in a while and a belt needed to be replaced the total damage was $160.00 and he honored a coupon i saw on their webiste!! All in all very resaonable pricing and they were honest with what i needed to fix my car!!! I will be coming back to Mike intil the day i die!!!!!!

Downey care center was by far the best experience ive ever had at an auto repair center. From the moment i arrived till picking up my vehicle. They even saved me money from what originally was quoted. I highly recommend this auto repair center to anyone. They were on time and call with updates regularly. Also like that i get text alert updates as well.

They are taking appropriate precautions during COVID-19. I highly recommend them. All of my visits have been for synthetic oil changes (which include a car wash).
