From the time I stepped out of the car, greeted by Jorge, till parts were ordered and replaced the next day.....awesome customer service, communication & explained everything in terms I understand. Jorge updated me on car status regularly, explained what needed to be done now vs waiting a bit without being pushy. Being a nurse, customer service is important to me. Downey Car Center, Jorge and anyone else I came into contact with exemplified it. Thank you for a great experience during the pandemic.

These guys always seem to go above and beyond what I expect of them. They answer questions directly and let me know upfront exactly what to expect. This is probably the best kept secret in the city of Downey!

They're ready to help you the minute you walk in the door,take ur car in inspect right away,the technician in a timely short time tells you what's wrong with ur car in writting,you can choose to have it fixed, very pleased

Downey car care team was very professional. They provided a clean waiting room, restroom, massage chairs, and informative videos on how to care for your car. I was offered a free car wash after services were rendered. I'll bring my cars back if / when I need service again.

Quality work at a great price and very courteous staff

No where cleans my car the way that they do. Its always been a struggle for me to find a good and trustworthy mechanic until I found them. I changed my tire here once and they were very fair and did an amazing job. Aces in my book!
