Auto towed to this location after 2 tires were damaged on fwy. They immediately assisted late in afternoon. Tires were ordered, replaced, rotated, and aligned. Under carriage inspected for damage. Picked up veh next day with no complaints. Price was very reasonable. Great service.

It was really hard to find a place I trusted to bring my car into after I found an oil leak. After a lot of research I found Downey Car Care- not super far, good reviews, and super organized. Before they do a service they text you a link to all services recommended and you have to sign to approve each one. They provide detail with what they will do. I feel like cars are hard because if something goes wrong (my oil leak for example), you have to try like 5 things to get to the 1. I was frustrated with my car issues coming in, but Andy Z. went out of his way to make sure I didn’t leave feeling that way. Thank you!
