Saved me a lot money, probably won't go back to the dealership. Detailed invoice with pictures attached. Cleaned my vehicle after service including the windows inside and out. Just a great auto repair center that cares about their customers.

Great customer service. Nice waiting room with complimentary snacks and drinks. Clean restroom. Only downside is the long wait times for repairs to be done. Got there shortly after they opened and didn't hear word about my car until 2 hours later. Can only assume my car was being pushed behind vehicles coming in way after mine.

Really nice staff and mechanics are professional and did good job checking my car. Also the guy that helped me at the counter and did my car quote report was fair

Vehicle is currently being worked on, customer service to this point has been outstanding. Downey Car Care Center has been very accommodating with handling auto warranty issues.

This shop was awesome. We broke down on the freeway close to them. AAA recommended them for service. It was late in the day when we arrived so I knew they were not going to be able to get to the car until the next day. But they called about an hour and a half after they opened the next day with what was wrong and a detailed account of the costs. They actually finished about a half hour before they closed, but I was not going to be able to make it until the next day, no problem. They even ran the car through the car was as well. Also we had to rent a car from a place that was 3 miles away and instead of an Uber or Lyft, they gave us a ride, absolutely awesome. Very good experience. Would recommend.

The staff with the exception of one individual were graceful and helpful! The owner was very professional. Will be taking my vehicle back
