I’ve lived in L.A for two years and was recommended here by a friend whose family SWEARS by this place. In two years, I’ve not brought my car anywhere but here and received stellar service everytime! I only receive the service I need and have never felt that I’m being pressured to spend unnecessary money.

They are always attentive to my car and provide suggestions on things that I should be concern on my car that needs work done on.

Overall it was a pleasant experience. Cost was reasonable compared to the dealer and other local shop quotes. Service was prompt and they even cleaned my car! I'd definitely recommend Downey Car Care Center to friends and Family. The text notifications are a good touch as are the follow up calls to update you throughout the process. They are fast, reliable, honest and priced reasonably.
