Downey Car Care is awesome I have had my 2 vehicles 08 Chrysler 300 and 91 Chevy Silverado service and repairs done there every time great experience better than Chrysler and Chevrolet dealership. Thank you for your great customer service 👍

From the moment I called to ask their hours to the moment I picked up the car, the customer service was amazing! I especially want to give a shout out to Mike and Yesenia who were my intial contacts with Downey Car Care Center...they were both awesome! Also, I'm so used to other service centers trying to "up charge" for services or parts not truly needed and Downey Car Care Center did not do that at all. They provided the service I went in there for and I left feeling taken care of and not taken advantage of. This was my first time using their services and I'm definitely going to be back!
