Had some work done on my transmission the work cause some other problems. The manager did what he could to make it right that's good service.

Downey Care Center has got to be one of the best shops in all of Southern California. The staff is great, from Mr. Shawn, to LIlly to Yesenia to ALL. I have been coming here for the last couple of years and without fail - leave confident that I got the best service at such an outstanding price. When my auto is getting written up - the estimate is accurate and the staff does not come back with unexpected "repairs needed". I highly recommend this shop!

Came in with a Volvo, friendly welcome from all the employees. Mr. Shawn, Yasmine, lilly and Juan were very kind and informative, made me feel welcomed and listened to my concerns. I was told what my car needed and the prices were broken down and explained. The vehicle still needs work but I feel safe and comfortable working with these professionals.
