First time at Downey Car Care Center. We stopped by without an appointment and asked about a brake fluid flush and checking the alignment. They were able to accommodate (quickly) and turned the X3 over to tech Eric Rodriguez. They send me a text with the alignment specs showing the X3 was out of spec and I approved service. The services were completed and when we returned for the X3, we were pleasantly surprised to see it had been hand-washed as well. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and efficient. The service was outstanding and pricing very competitive. A solid 5 ***** recommendation!

Oil change and tire rotation would usually take 1 hour. I had to wait for 3 hours. They were very busy which would mean the service would take longer. But 3 hours was too long.

Great job on wheel alignment. I will be a regular customer. Good business and good prices.
