Every time I use Downey Car Care I know my truck is in good hands. The prices are what you would expect from quality repairs yet much lower than dealerships. They are honest, when you ask them to check something out they do but never have they up sold or replaced something that didn't need replacing. Mike Carro handled my service experience and provided spot on communication throughout the process. I won't take my truck to anyone else....and yes! They washed my truck for free.

The process is vey smooth. Dana is very helpful and kept me updated with the works in my car. Reasonable price with additional discounts for first time customers. And the staff are accommodating and courteous.
