I was got a flat tire and was given the run around at a nearby dealership telling me it would take 3 days to even look at my car to see if the tire could be repaired and an additional 3 days if a tire had to be ordered. Jorge at Downey Car Care looked at my car, ordered a tire and I was on my way in about 90 minutes. The entire team was friendly and professional. I will be bringing my car here for any future work! I highly recommend Downey Car Care!!

I always schedule an appointment, and unlike the doctor's office, this place honors them. The techs are always friendly and presentable, and make sure to answer my questions to the best of their ability. I never feel up-sold on products or services here and feel like my vehicle is always in good hands. Have been coming for years and will continue to do so. Had to come during the COVID pandemic, and all of the staff were wearing masks and did their best for their clients. I always check the website for great deals and coupons; they also throw in a hand car wash with many purchased services--good deal!

I bit slow the lube techs at times a bit lost and confuse , need more like two teams one for each bay I have 4 cars that’s I bring to your facility from new or low mileage to up to 70,000 average today , I never had any of your lube techs tried to sell anything more than air filter and cabin filter , not even once they ask me or gave me information about rear fluid change or transmission flush , radiator flush etc etc in other words you guys need a good sales man , perhaps pay commission to your lube techs to sell additional services , notice bay two move faster than bay one even though they also check for alignment, again they never have recommended alignment in any of my cars ?
