These people are extremely professional and friendly at the same time. Rates are competitive. Trust me. I went to three auto shops before I pick this place. The place is clean and has great ambience for the customers to rest. They did every procedure and service flawless and not just on time but ahead of time. They even offered me a ride to and from my home so I wouldn’t have to wait there at the shop. I didn’t have to that’s why I declined. From now on Downey Car Care Center would be my first destination for any car related work, service and maintenance. Just great experience overall. Look for Edgar. Good and quick. Guys did a good job, got me out quick and easy. No hassle with other patrons, though some weren’t wearing masks and the business’ management should be strictly enforcing those regulations while customers come in in so high volume.

Got oil change super fast and convenient

The amount of effort given to take care of my car and to try to help me trouble shoot was amazing! Dealing with people in the automotive industry can be scary because you never know if people are trying to make you pay for something you don’t need... that was not the case here! The men who worked on my car & helped me during my visit went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of without charging me for every little thing. Great customer service. I felt very comfortable here & would definitely recommend!
