First I want give a BIG thank you to Jorge. Jorge is very professional, honest and very GOOD worker. I towed my 2000 Bmw in needed major repairs. I explained how previous shops suppose to have done the work, wanted to fix already repaired parts and used my car for transportation. If you need work done stop in, honest, welcoming and made suggestion, didn't pressure you for repairs that were recommended. Being a female Jorge and this repair shop did a great job. Their reviews is what helped me choose them. They are professional. Thank you.

I was got a flat tire and was given the run around at a nearby dealership telling me it would take 3 days to even look at my car to see if the tire could be repaired and an additional 3 days if a tire had to be ordered. Jorge at Downey Car Care looked at my car, ordered a tire and I was on my way in about 90 minutes. The entire team was friendly and professional. I will be bringing my car here for any future work! I highly recommend Downey Car Care!!
