Downey Auto Repair

I actually went to a different shop to have my car inspected before going on a very long trip. Apparently, I need multiple major repairs that will cost me a lot. Went to Downey Car Care Center to get 2nd opinion and asked for estimates. Since the repairs are necessary, I have to push and go for the parts replacement.. Mike reassured me that my car’s safe to go on a long trip. i hope it would take me 100k miles more before replacing the parts again. 😊 They also changed my oil which I was not aware of 😅 (I just changed the oil a few days back), and I have to pay for that too. I had a complimentary wash. 👍 But It’s been a week and so far I got no issues. The noise was gone too.

Contact the place through yelp message the response was fast. Went in for diagnostic. The staffs were very friendly. Staff also called me back regarding the quote the next morning as she promised. All the experiences were good. Did not use the business only because the price was higher.

It's very hard to find good customer service anywhere nowadays...especially at an auto service center and/or tire station. But these employees go above what they are asked to do. You want a good brand tire for a good price...just come here. I use to go the Sears and Firestone tire shops right across the street...I will never look back! Thank-you all who served me and serviced my vehicle!

Car services are great but the car wash personnel broke my dash camera, and trying to hide it. I spoke to the supervisor and he was saying he just wiping it and came off insinuating that it was already broken. Shame on you! Please tell them not to touch anything inside the car unless the owner tell them!

Its a good place to take your car , saturday i brought my car to Downey car care center n there were alot people bringing there car , i spoke to the manager i they could work on my car today n he said yes he will squeeze me in , i appreciate that he went out of his way to take my car in , i will bring my car in again , thank you jaime manager n thank you Downy car care center
