I was having a bad day and the manager was very nice. He even gave me an upgrade on the car wash (which is a great value anyway).

Had a nice experience . I have been coming to this place for over 6 years. Everything is in one place.

I went in to get a much needed oil change. Everyone I encountered there was super friendly and helpful. Service was done in 15 minutes. Fast and efficient, plus received free car wash because I was a new customer.

This place really helped me a lot. I loved getting the text messages everytime something was getting done

Went in for a wheel alignment, did a great job. Everyone was nice and approachable. They made sure everything was in order and communicated thoroughly about the process. Waiting room was clean and had good amenities. Will definitely refer people here!

My second visit to Downey Car Care Center was even better. Went in for an oil and filter change without an appointment. I expected to be there for a few hours. After 15 minutes they informed me that my car was done and going through the complimentary car wash. I am so happy I found this place. The staff is so polite and helpful. Again, if I could give you 10 stars, I would. Thank you all.
