My family and I are very grateful for the excellent level of service provided by Mike Carro and Erica at Downey Car Care Center. We’ve taken our 1999 Chevy silverado pickup truck there for service and repair on a few occasions and ultimately opted to replace the entire engine. We shopped the price and warranty, and decided to have Downey Car Care Center do this big job for us. Been here a couple times with both my vehicles and they always gave me a detailed explanation of what was going on. Even told me that the rattling I kept hearing on my vehicle was from the heat shield. They fixed it and said it was nothing to worry about. They don’t scam you and try to get you to pay for unnecessary items or equipment. I trust them. The manager and mechanics are very attentive. Mike, one of the mechanics, assisted both my vehicles and would recommend him and this team to anyone. Thanks and God bless.

Was referred here by a friend and had the pleasure of getting my car worked on by Dana. He was SO polite, professional, and did a great job on my car, going above and beyond and not pressuring me into services I didn’t need. Best part is there is also a car wash attached so you can get serviced and a full detailed car wash too all at the same time if you want to! I came in because of two slow leaks. I’ve always felt uneasy at auto repair shops but Dana who greeted me promptly eased that emotion. Dana thoroughly showed me the cause of the leaks and we discussed his suggestions. We ended up replacing the two tires. I was given a fair price and installation finished sooner than expected.
