Walked in on a Saturday morning with a flat tire. Mike was able to quickly help me get a quote and as soon as I confirmed it, he got right to work and I was out the door in no time. He also gave me a reasonable deal on the tire which I can't complain about!

i needed an oil change and alignment done asap. going to the dealership is a pain and pricy so i was looking for a place to take my car. i came across downey car care center and was impressed with the reviews. so i drove myself to the center and was attended immediately! very professional and very clean. i went in around 1 and came out by 2. oil change, engine and cabin air filters changed, alignment with 6 month warranty and a complimentary car wash all done within that time. let me not forget the very reasonable price$$$($180 for it all). i'm so glad i found this place i will be coming here for my future services. very happy!

This place is great! It's like a one stop shop/car spa with free car wash after service. Prices are also competitive and everyone's so nice. Highly recommend this place.

I was in the neighborhood so I thought I'd stop and get my oil changed, because I didn't have time to take it to my mechanic that I have since moved from before my trip next weekend. I didn't expect there to be such a humongous difference in price between the 2 mechanics, and my mechanic is #1 on Yelp for Long Beach. The service was fast and they did honor the $20 Yelp discount, which I found after a few clicks meant up to $20.

Love this place, Staff is always friendly and willing to go the extra mile. Place is clean and have refreshments, coffee, and cookies for customers. That make me feel comfortable. They treat people with respect and kindness. Thanks so much Downey Car Care.

Great Service and they were very quick to respond on Yelp with a quote for my repair. Great customer service too. It was my first time using Doweny Car Center, if their repair cost is comparable to other shops, I would return for my auto repairs in the future...plus they washed my car
