Excellent service. I went in with a rattling sound in one of the front tires. They looked at it, made some adjustments and didn’t charge me for it. I also had my oil change and they gave me a free carwash. Their waiting area is clean and with ac and they provide snacks, water and an assortment of cold drinks. I’m definitely going back for my next service.

Edgar and Mike are the reason we keep coming back. Everything is always throughly explained. Great customer service. They always take good care of us.

Over all I had a great experience. Knowledgeable service providers, great pricing, and amazing ease of access. They have bays for breaks, oil/lube, maintenance and a car wash all in the same plaza! The only reason for not 5 stars was our experience when it came to paying for services. If you use your Synchrony card ( this is a verified vendor location) the ladies at the checkout will not assist you. You have to force them to get help to process your card. They will just tell you they dont accept the card and move on to the next person. We had a little over $700 of services that needed to be paid for. After WE called Synchrony customer service and got the instructions FOR THEM, that's when they called the manager. The manager barely knew what we were talking about in regards to using the card, and after about 20 minutes of waiting Edgar came to the rescue. Apparently he is the only one who knows how to process the cards through a separate pay portal. Other than this tedious and barely helpful transaction.... this place is Amazing. Now that we know what to expect, we will definitely be back... all thanks to Edgar .

Pros: Very friendly staff. They’re efficient and keep you updated on the status of your car. The facility is clean and very spacious. If you have a long wait; this is a great place to get comfortable. Restrooms, A/C, etc. You can’t beat the free beverages and snacks. My car appreciated the much-needed [free] car wash; they did a great job! Cons: Would’ve appreciated a bit more info during the initial consult regarding plan for services.

Jose was very helpful upon arriving today. I highly recommend this place. I was amazed with their service, and will definitely return if needed. You’re in great hands with Downey Car Care Center. The name speaks for itself!

I’ve been coming here since 2000, different cars and each car was taken care of, from oil changes to washes, and most recently tire service. I have seen some downs on their part but they always make up for it. I’ll be a customer for a long time.

The people who work here were very helpful and knowledgeable. They tried to help me out price wise and when an unforeseen problem came up, they contacted me before doing the work. As an added bonus, they washed and vacuumed my car, so not only did it work well, it looked good too!

This is my second time at this place and both times have been such a great experience they not only take care of your oil change but also wash your car for free when you do your change your oil there and let you know about any future problem your car might have with the free inspection they do. Will keep going back there.

Great service! The offered me plenty of discounts as well. The workers are very friendly. They take the time to explain what's wrong with your car and what your options are. I definitely recommend this place.

Need tire repaired or worked on? COME HERE! They got us in and out so quick we barely had time to get comfortable in their super nice lounge area. Kids & I were on our way out and I thought getting the mail in my tire was going to be a drag to fix. Pulled up, was greeted and they got to work right away. Awesome job team!
