Recently moved to Downey and I was very pleased with the service I received at Downey Car Care Center. Everyone there was, Very professional and efficient. Hiram Diaz the Operations Manager explained all the services and was very nice and attentive. I got an alignment done on my vehicle and I was very satisfied with the quality of work and care that was done on my vehicle. They have two AC waiting areas, it was done in a timely manner and had affortable pricing. If you need and want quality care, up to date technology and work done, check them out you won't be dissapointed. I will be back in the future .

I went into Jiffy lube to get an oil change, found out i needed my engine flushed or my little Daisey Savannah Sunshine (my cars name ) could have died. Tony was very helpful with helping me out with the charges.

Tire was low so upon filling I found a huge screw. Put the spare on and messaged a few local tire shops the next morning. Received a response in less than 10 minutes. Drove down and had it fixed in 20 minutes for free since it was through Yelp. Thanks Downey Car Care Center. I'll be back for my next tire purchase.

I'm a senior citizen that basically limped into your shop with very old tires and one flat. Edgar waited on me and I explained I was on a very limited budget. He spent some time with me trying to get me tires that were good and would fit into my budget. There was NO push to try to sell me more expensive tires. Edgar also saw to it that I had a cold bottle of water, offered some snacks and even gave me pizza they had ordered in for a training meeting for the employees! The waiting room was very clean and comfortable and the restroom was also spotless! My car also received a free bath after it got it's new tires! I would highly recommend Downey Car Care Center to everyone that wants a very pleasant experience! PS: I've had my oil changed here a couple times now. Another time... I came in because something was hanging down in the front of my motor. I was really scared it was going to be something major! The mechanic found some sort of a shield in front of the motor that had fallen. They fixed it and never even charged me! I highly doubt there's many places you could ever get that kind of service!! Thank you for caring about a little "old" lady!!

I cannot say enough about my recent experience at Downey Car Care Center. They seem to have created a car utopia. You can have significant repairs, oil changes, full service car wash, gas, or milk for your cereal (from the quick Mart near the gas portion of the property.) It's also has spotless waiting rooms. On my visit I witnessed a cleaning lady diligently dusting off the tires and wheels while I was having my front brakes worked on. Even the unisex restrooms are spotless. The waiting rooms also have complementary water, Capri suns, cell phone charging stations & video cameras to watch your car being worked on..also, complementary car wash with oil change and car service..The only confusing part is were to go to get what you need done. But that can be cleared up by asking a team member busily doing their varied jobs on the property.
