Since the first day I took my vehicle! The Service has been outstanding! I’ve gone to other places but this place had made feel like I’m at home with there outstanding customer service. The prices are fair and reasonable. After a service you get a free car wash. Making you feel like you just got a new ride.

Very professional and honest. I went to get my brakes done and I was told that the brake pads were at 80% and did not need repairing. They didn't even charge for the brake inspection. I will definitely be going back for any repairs!

Will update as I drive the car more, but my experience was superb. Found the business on yelp, messages them, and had a response within minutes. Drove the car, got the service at the quoted price, and a car wash thrown on top. I was quoted 40 more at a mom and pop show, pretty sure only because car is a BMW ... anyways, excellent wheel alignment experience.

Took my 2016 Ram1500 to get a P219B and a P304 code fixed. Took two attempts to get them fixed but at the end it was finally done. Great customer service and all done in less then 4 work days. Thanks Erika and Mike. Plus they gave me a wash.

Girls if your looking for honest good mechanics you've got to come. Fake mechanic give women the once over then start with the phonies on what wrong. D.C.C is my only mechanics, never overpriced and actually fix it the first time. Then give your car a free wash. Ask for Shawn. He's the best..great guy. They listen to me and do the job right. I feel like one of the family. So don't get ripped from Those other shoddy mechanics who are trying to make a quick buck on you. Downey car care is the best. Went in for an alternator replacement was treated great and was informed of every step they were taking. Fair prices and a free car wash what more can a girl ask for!!!

This is the second time bringing my car and both times I have had excellent service. Staff is very friendly and helpful. It will be my place to go to if I ever need my car serviced.

Excellent service. I went in with a rattling sound in one of the front tires. They looked at it, made some adjustments and didn’t charge me for it. I also had my oil change and they gave me a free carwash. Their waiting area is clean and with ac and they provide snacks, water and an assortment of cold drinks. I’m definitely going back for my next service.

Edgar and Mike are the reason we keep coming back. Everything is always throughly explained. Great customer service. They always take good care of us.
