Downey Auto Repair

I had my dad go to them to have his A/C repaired. He reports to me that it was a great experience. They diagnosed the issue quickly, fixed it quickly, and gave him a great price. In addition, they gave him a coupon for a car wash. Now, that's great service. I would recommend them highly to anyone who's looking for an honest mechanic in the Downey area.

Had a flat tire this morning and came here for repair, thanks to Ernie I was in and out in 10 min. This place is legit, oil change, tire, engine, brakes services and car wash. Staff is professional, my go to auto shop in Downey

Got a nail stuck in one of my rear tires of my car and it was starting to lose some air. I yelped a tire shop and this one was one of the first that came up. Super thankful that I found them! I arrived and must say I was a bit confused on where to check in (they have multiple stations for all your car needs) but thankfully a gentleman came and asked if I needed help which he then told me he would take care of and in about 10 minutes he patched up my tire, checked the pressure of all four tires and I was on my way back to church. Glad that they offer free flat tire service and free air pressure check. I hope I don't get another nail stuck in a tire, but in case I do, I'll be sure to drop by this place again.

They are great... professional efficient I couldn't be happier with their work... they did everything they said they would.... I will be back

Today I went to several locations to get a tire checked with no luck and i ended up here. I was floored with their presentation , availability, friendly service from all their staff and customer care. Water and snacks were provided. Despite having a full house they checked and patched my tire for free. Who does that anymore? Shout out to Adam for taking care of the problem. I will return again.

Where the family usually bring our cars to have them fixed. Seann, their manager, always do a good job. Since they have their own car wash center, it's their standard practice to have free car wash after each service. Can't beat that service, huh. Ofyou course, you need to extend some gratuity to the guy who hands you over your car keys, who usually does the final drying up.

I don't have enough kind words to say about this place. I sent a message on yelp asking how much it would be to diagnose my car and when they had the next available appointment and they said to come right in. My brother took my car for me while I was at work they checked it out right away, gave us lots of information about what was wrong and sent us on our way. No pressure to have the repairs done there just excellent service and people. Highly recommend, we will be taking all our cars there in the future!
