This car care center has great customer service and very clean. Great lobby area with coffee water and snacks. Love it here ! This will be my new go to car center 😁 Mike at the Oil change was very helpful and attentative !

Only complaint I have is the two times I asked for a call back, nobody called. I had to call both times after I was left waiting. Issues were fixed properly, and I like the fact a washed car awaits after the service.

Spoke with Charles. He said the customer service at this business was great. They installed new tires and one of them was defective. They were prompt and handled it efficiently.

I have been a customer of Downey Car Care Center for about 15 years. I like their multiple services. I like their hand car wash, and their rewards. Nice friendly personnel.

Popped one of my tires, but figured I'd get all four tires replaced since they were all pretty old. I had been to two other tire centers around my area before, but Downey Car Care Center has been the one I'm most impressed with. I messaged a few companies, and Downey Car Care Center messaged me back very quickly, were very upfront about the price of everything, and quickly set me up with an appointment. It was also the cheapest quote I got (they gave me a 50% discount on tire alignment!). They also provide life warranty with the tires! When I came for my appointment, the customer service was great. The employees were very nice and answered all my questions. They also have a waiting room with water, snacks, wifi, and a phone charging station. I also had the surprise of getting a free car wash! HIGHLY recommend coming here for any car trouble. I know if I have tire trouble in the future, I will be coming back!
