Excellent Customer Service. Everything was explained to me properly and the work done was finished as promised. This my new repair shop from now on.

After the dealership messed up the tire balancing on my car, Downey auto care was recommended to rebalance my tires. Adam was very professional and made sure my tires were balance to spec. My car is smooth again at any speed. Very happy with the customer service given. Also, this place is so close to my home, I will be doing my car services there moving forward. Thank you, guys!
