My daughter and I loved the waiting area. It was perfectly clean, cool, and they had great snacks and drinks. Best of all it was fast service and they even washed my car through their car wash. I will def my back!

Great staff, snacks & a car care center with offers to save that I would recommend to all. I recently came in for an oil change past due that caused my service engine light to turn on I went to auto zone ran the scanner on cars computer and it identified a $220 part but right after when I brought it here mechanic told me we have better equipment let me check it only paid $66 for a high mileage synthetic Castrol oil change & lights cleared & on my way I was! So when it comes to mechanical work on your vehicle you tend to doubt, worry and have trust issues but not here you feel safe and in great hands. And most importantly they get the job done & you leave relieved & happy thank you Downey Car Care Center keep up the great work!

I’ve been here quite a few times with multiple cars to get an oil change or to have things checked. About three months ago I had a nail stuck in my tire and they fixed it for free.

My dad use to take all our cars to Sean back in the day. When I found out he was here I knew that me and my car would be taken care of. The hospitality, quality of work and honesty Sean always brings is matched only by a friendly and dedicated staff. I look forward to coming back, grateful for the reunion and the car care.

Took my vehicle in for a engine check light issue. They diagnosed the issue and essentially took care of it for a reasonable price compared to the auto dealer service center. Great job! Very satisfied customer. Also, outstanding customer by Dana, the service technician who assisted me. I will definitely recomend and use Downey Car Care Center again.

I had a major wobble in what I thought was my suspension and it just kept getting worse. I took the car to Downey Car Care Center and they found that it was not my suspension, but was actually a combination of the brakes, tires, and wheel alignment. After fixing all that my car now has no wobble at all. The underwriter, Erica, did a fabulous job of cordinating the details. She even got us an Uber (which is part of the service) to take us home and then once again back there after they completed the work. They even wash your car as part of the service at their onsite car wash.

I am so glad I was referred to this company. The customer service is out of this world. The staff is courteous and attentive. The work was quick and affordable. I will be a customer for life. Thank you to everyone there. I wish I could give you 10 stars.

Been bringing my Hyundai to Downey Car Care for a few years. They are very friendly and reliable. They charge a fair price and the quality of work is excellent.

Reasonable prices for the services they provide and they provide you a full service car wash with your visit. AMAZING.
