I had a major wobble in what I thought was my suspension and it just kept getting worse. I took the car to Downey Car Care Center and they found that it was not my suspension, but was actually a combination of the brakes, tires, and wheel alignment. After fixing all that my car now has no wobble at all. The underwriter, Erica, did a fabulous job of cordinating the details. She even got us an Uber (which is part of the service) to take us home and then once again back there after they completed the work. They even wash your car as part of the service at their onsite car wash.

I am so glad I was referred to this company. The customer service is out of this world. The staff is courteous and attentive. The work was quick and affordable. I will be a customer for life. Thank you to everyone there. I wish I could give you 10 stars.

My family and I are very grateful for the excellent level of service provided by Mike Carro and Erica at Downey Car Care Center. We’ve taken our 1999 Chevy silverado pickup truck there for service and repair on a few occasions and ultimately opted to replace the entire engine. Been here a couple times with both my vehicles and they always gave me a detailed explanation of what was going on. Even told me that the rattling I kept hearing on my vehicle was from the heat shield. They fixed it and said it was nothing to worry about. They don’t scam you and try to get you to pay for unnecessary items or equipment. I trust them. The manager and mechanics are very attentive. Mike, one of the mechanics, assisted both my vehicles and would recommend him and this team to anyone. Thanks and God bless.
