Impressive car service place discovered... and a carwash place added... Edgar (hope I correctly spelled his name?) who had greeted me is an excellent advisor. His professional manner was well displayed on my initial, unplanned, visit which occurred during a sort of busy part of their shop day, as observed. Oil service change was needed... Overall, my experience -- on first visit, proved well worth it with Downey Car Care Center. And I am planning a return soon for a couple follow up service needs that were identified during my first visit -- an oil change (Castrol brand oil is used, too)...Changed completed successfully along with a much needed change on air filter for both engine and A/C... Most welcomed part -- a car wash, that is included with oil change service cost. FYI: Downey CCC (shop), and carwash place are right next to each other...both places have outstanding employees working, as observed -- again..Really. As observed - again, each employee knew and understood at displaying care (concern) at trying to provide satisfaction while perforning his/her task (at each place) which does leave a good feeling for most -- if not everybody. (I am) Looking forward on my follow up visit.
